Our standard delivery time is by 6 PM the next business day following the shoot. If you need them sooner, you can add a RUSH to your order for 9 PM the same day, or the next day by 9 AM for a small fee. Virtual stagings have a 24-48 hour turnaround, but they'll be worth the wait!

Scanning devices are pretty accurate; providers estimate they 95-97.5%. Our spot checks have shown them to be very good. The Rules and Regulations Department at Northstar MLS approves the use of scanned floor plans but encourages you to view historical information and Property Records, too. It is up to the Agent to decide which measurements are right for the MLS Listing.
