Our COVID-19 Safety Policies

Like you, we are concerned about the safety of our clients, families and ourselves.  Our goal is to protect against the spread of Covid-19. 


 As the virus evolves and spreads, we modify our protocol as needed The following are our current requirements to protect against the spread of COVID-19.


Unless impossible, we ask that the home be unoccupied during the appointment.  You may provide a phone number for the client if you wish, and we will text them when we are leaving their home. 


  • We will provide a no-contact service.
  • Employees must stay home if they are sick.
  • We sanitize our hands before and after each appointment.


How homeowners can help


  • Limit the number of surfaces we must touch.
  • Disinfect doorknobs and light switches.
  • Turn on all overhead lights (turn off ceiling fan blades) and open all window shades, drapes, and blinds.
  • If you must be present during the shoot, please stay in one room; we will shoot that room last before we leave.
  • Please be photo-ready when we arrive.  If you are still cleaning or staging, please call us, and we'll work with you to give you the time you need to get ready.


Please reschedule the appointment if


  • Anyone is sick or has been ill in the past three weeks.
  • Any occupants have tested positive for COVID-19.
  • Any occupant has been in contact with someone who has tested positive for COVID-19 during the past three weeks.
  • Let us know if someone has traveled in the past three weeks.


We will not charge a cancellation fee if cancellation is for any of these reasons.
