We started out as Realtors, so we understand the importance our level of customer service has for you.  Our entire premise is to help you be more successful, both with products that help you sell faster and for more money and with time savings as well.  We have an in-depth customer service program to keep you in the loop and to help you and your sellers get the most out of our services.  This is a partial list of the many things e do to make your life easier and to free up your time to prospect for new listings.

  • Online order form.
  • Order confirmation, with copy of 'Prepare Your Home for Photography' list for sellers.
  • If provided with email and cell number of your sellers, we will email/text them a reminder 1 day before our arrival to make sure they are ready and expecting us.  On the day of the photography, we will send them a 'Glympse' message with GPS map showing our location and estimated time of arrival at the home.
  • Time sensitive delivery, let us know when you need the photos and we'll do our best to accommodate you.
  • As soon as we have the MLS number, we populate the tour with listing information and amenities, order a YouTube Video and syndicate your tour on, Trulia,, Trovit, and Real estate Digital..
  • Links to your photos, tour, flyers and e-brochure sent via email.
  • We follow the tour Traffic Report for 48 hours to make sure you are getting results.
  • We send you weekly Traffic Reports to help you determine the effectiveness of your tour.
  • We follow your listing on the MLS so we can discontinue Traffic Reports and tour when it is pending.
  • Online payment by credit card  or ACH bank check available.
  • MLS members with Supra E-Key access.



Your Part


  • Please make sure your sellers understand the importance of being ready for photography when we arrive.  If not, we will need to go on to our next appointment and there will be a $25 rescheduling fee for the inconvenience and time lost.  We are happy to reschedule if they cannot be ready on time.
  • We cannot move furniture, pick up clutter or stage on the fly.  If the listing needs help,  schedule a Staging Consultation before hand to address all issues and help the sellers get market ready!
